Our Technology

Technology

Biohydrogen production through microbial treatment involves using microorganisms, such as bacteria or algae, to convert organic materials, including agricultural waste, into hydrogen. Unlike hydrogen production through electrolysis, which splits water into hydrogen and oxygen using electricity (often derived from non-renewable sources), biohydrogen production is a biological process that can utilize renewable organic waste, making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Biohydrogen offers a low-energy alternative that not only generates clean energy but also helps in managing agricultural waste.

The Process

  • Collection: Agricultural waste, including field crop residues, is collected from local farms.
  • Preprocessing: The waste is cleaned and prepared for conversion.
  • Conversion: Through an innovative technology based on microbial treatment, the waste is transformed into bio-hydrogen. 
  • Storage & Distribution: The bio-hydrogen is stored and distributed for various applications, from powering vehicles to providing energy for industries
